Bradford Council has refused planning for 10 detached houses on the Oak Bank Farm site at the end of Child’s Lane.

   Your local Labour Action Team, led by Councillor Vanda Greenwood, has campaigned tirelessly against this development and we are delighted that it has been given a resounding thumbs down by the Planning Department. Cllr Green said, ‘We’ve worked really hard to keep this green space and the Egg Farm, safe from development. So I’m delighted that our efforts have been rewarded with success.’

            This is the fifth time the same developers have drawn up plans for the site and your Labour Action Team are remaining constantly vigilant. We will keep you informed of any further threats to this land.
